LA Food Taste

Labor Day Weekend we were able to provide tents, furniture and decor for the LA Food Taste in Downtown Beverly Hills! There were Food Network celebrity hosts like Duff Goldman and Giada De Laurentiis as well as delectable tastings from LA's top 40 restaurants and celebrity chefs. Through out the 4 days there were not only tastings but demos from celebrity chefs! We had a great time providing for this event and look forward to doing more events like this in the future! One Pair of Shoes Doesn't Work For All Outfits.

Lounge furniture is not new to the event world.  However for the most part the lounge furniture that is used is modular, easy to stack for deliveries and either white or black.(basic shapes)   Well not every party is white or black and the idea that simple vinyl furniture works for everything simply doesn’t work anymore.  Consider picking from custom inventories and utilizing the architecture of the pieces to set help carry out the event feel.

Couple thoughts:

          You only need a little to do a lot

          Give people a place to sit that they have never sat before

          Don’t worry about being matchy matchy

          Use 20 percent of your table/chair/ settings budget on alternative seating 
          such as furniture

Sneak Peak of the new Sustainable Menu

We served a new item this past weekend for an afternoon fundraiser and it is part of our NEW soon to be launched Sustainable Menu.

Up top we have:

Organic watermelon salad

Tofu rolled in sesame seed served with edamame beans

"Goldstar" Certified seared Albacore tuna served over fingerling potatoes, arugula, and organic sungold tomatoes

Organic yogurt, trail mix, and berry parfait

Family Wedding

This past weekend we put on a lovely Family Style Wedding in Palos Verdes over looking the water. It was a small 52 guests affair with all 52 guests on one LONG table. They enjoyed a cocktail hour, open bar and a late night chili station. The view was beautiful all night long.
